OJ Da Juiceman – Orange Mixtape

Last year OJ released a solo mixtape which was pretty impressive. But can the Gucci Mane Protégé deliver once again? This time around he collaborates with DJ Drama, who in case you didn’t know, is one of the most well known mixtape DJs. I’m sure you have heard “GANGSTA GRIZZILLLS” blasted at 10 decibels above the necessary volume. Yeah thats DJ Drama. Here is one of the my favorites from the mixtape.

Helsinki 78-82 EP

Helsinki 78-82 is a new collab effort from the Top Billin team. ‘Cruising’ is a tune full of that pumping big city feel with driving drums and great synth work that will get them ladies on the floor and will fit into those funky house / modern disco sets. I like to just hit play and jam out to homework or whatever else needs getting done. Also there is one tough-thumping house monster titled ‘Project 2?. It has a sample from the classic disco song “Ring my Bell” and that makes it very interesting. You can make purchase here.

Unreleased Lil Wayne Music Video from Tha Carter 2

FROM HIPTICS

“Money On My Mind” is one of my favorite songs from Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter II. For that reason alone, I was pumped to find out that Weezy commissioned Jordan Tower to craft a “Money On My Mind” visual. What’s even cooler, though, is the fact that Curren$y the Hot Spitta is at Wayne’s side [...]

Leaked - Mi Casa Tu Casa

FROM HIPTICS

Gucci Mane makes crack-dealing sound appealing on “Mi Casa Tu Casa.” Clearly it’s not, but that doesn’t stop us from bumping this super collabo that features Shawty Lo (Atlanta, GA), Yo Gotti (Memphis, TN), Nicki Minaj (Jamaica, Queens, NY), and Waka Flocka (Atlanta, GA). Gucci Mane handles the hook, which is why the song [...]

The 808 Experiment Vol. 2

SMKA’s The 808 Experiment is an annual compilation, produced entirely by SMKA, which showcases the immense talent and diversity that exists in hip-hop…and especially our home town of Atlanta. Though a majority of the artists are from Atlanta, this project features artists from all over the states, and abroad. The project features unknown artists, well-established artists and up-and-coming buzz artists, which makes it a truly unique compilation of music.
