2009 was a big year for many artists. A Lot of rappers have really pushed the envelope on their mixtapes. Some are even seeing major circulation on the radio airwaves without having released an album *Cough* Drake. As with any list, there will be some that will have to be left off. I’ll go ahead and get those out of the way. (No special order)
